This cheese is a “Beyaz Peynir” (white cheese) made exclusively from pure organic cow's milk. It is ideal for anyone who loves the full-bodied taste of matured cheese but prefers the mild and pure note of cow's milk.
Traditionally Matured & Full-Bodied
Like any good “Klasik Peynir,” this cheese is also traditionally matured (fermented) in brine. During this maturation period, it develops its rich, full-bodied, and creamy-spicy flavor. The 500g vacuum block is perfect for the whole family and keeps the cheese fresh for a long time.
Serving Recommendation
