The organic cows that graze there yield a unique, aromatic milk. ALTINKILIÇ produces this cheese using only this pure organic cow's milk, yeast, and table salt.
Traditionally Matured (Eski Kaşar)
As an “Eski Kaşar” (aged cheese), it is traditionally stored for months. During this maturation period, it develops its full-bodied, strong, and slightly piquant flavor. It is the Turkish equivalent of a noble, aged mountain cheese.
