The Traditional Ezine Blend (Organic)
This cheese is an authentic “Beyaz Peynir” (white cheese) and carries the protected name of its home region, Ezine. It is produced according to a traditional recipe from an organic milk blend of sheep, goat, and cow. This mixture gives it its complex, full-bodied, and slightly piquant aroma.
Traditionally Matured & Full-Bodied
Like any good Ezine cheese, this one is also matured (fermented) in brine. During this maturation period, it develops its rich, creamy-spicy flavor. The 500g block is the perfect family size and ideal for slicing the cheese fresh yourself.
Serving Recommendation
This cheese is the star on the breakfast table (Kahvaltı) and the meze platter.
