This sucuk is made according to a traditional recipe and carefully air-dried. A strong mixture of garlic, cumin, allspice, and hot paprika (Acı Biber) gives it its unmistakable, robust character. The sausage comes in the classic “Kangal” (ring) form and is a real highlight for connoisseurs.
