Our FETA Sheep and Goat Cheese is produced in one of the most traditional cheese regions of Turkey, where the production of white cheese has been part of the culture for many generations. Our master cheesemakers are trained according to the classic master-apprentice tradition and pass on their knowledge from generation to generation. This is how an authentic Feta is created, preserving the original taste of sheep and goat cheese.
We exclusively use milk from naturally fed animals kept on open pastures. The fresh milk is brought to our cheese dairy in refrigerated vehicles, gently cleaned before processing, and then pasteurized. Afterwards, it is fermented with natural culture – completely without unnecessary additives. The cheese then matures for at least 6 to 9 months in the cold storage before being carefully checked and released for sale.
The result is a particularly aromatic, creamy FETA sheep and goat cheese of premium quality – ideal for salads, warm dishes, or simply pure as a delicacy.
