This cheese originates from the province of Diyarbakır and is famous for its unique shape and structure. It is made from premium organic milk and carefully braided by hand. Afterwards, it is placed in brine, which gives it its characteristic flavor.
Mild, salty & fibrous
This organic braided cheese resembles mozzarella in its fibrous texture and reminds of young Kaşar cheese in its mild-savory taste. It is firm yet juicy. It can easily be pulled apart into strands, which makes it especially popular among children.
