Original spicy flavor
This kebap is made according to the traditional Adana recipe from high-quality, well-seasoned minced meat (typically lamb and beef) and is already perfectly shaped onto skewers. The strong seasoning with paprika (Pul Biber) and selected herbs delivers the unmistakable, juicy, and slightly spicy taste known from Turkish barbecue (Mangal).
Easy & quick preparation
No preparation, no skewering — simply unpack and enjoy. These skewers are the star of every grill gathering:
- On the charcoal grill: The classic! Grill to juicy brown perfection within minutes.
- In the pan: Also quickly prepared in a (grill) pan.
